Heather Hardinger
Heather Hardinger is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law where she was a member of the National Negotiation Team, the National Trial Team, the UMKC Law Review,and graduated with a Litigation Law Emphasis and Highest Honors in Pro Bono and Public Service. After law school, Heather served as a judicial law clerk at the Sixteenth Judicial Court of Jackson County, Missouri for the Honorable Sandra C. Midkiff, the Honorable Kathleen A. Forsyth, the Honorable Peggy Stevens McGraw, and the Honorable Joel P. Fahnestock. Since her clerkships, Heather has primarily represented workers that have been discriminated against by their employers.
Heather joined the Meyers Law Firm in 2018 as Of Counsel. Heather focuses her practice on Plaintiff’s employment discrimination and civil rights violations. She is licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri and the District of Kansas. Since 2016, Heather has been named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers® Missouri & Kansas. She was selected as “Best of the Bar” by the Kansas City Business Journal in 2016 and was selected by Missouri Lawyers Weekly as an “Up and Coming” attorney honoree in 2015.
